just some clarification on the switzerland slideshow, for those of you who would like to know who everyone is... the blaser clan has 4 kids- markus, bea, rita & peter.
top row, left to right:

being such a slacker

okay, to all of you who've been asking when i'm going to update my blog again.... here it is!! actually, i think it's going to take about 3 days to catch up on everything i've been meaning to post but just haven't gotten around to. so, wish me luck.

as i went through all our photos, i realized we took very few of the beautiful scenery. most are of the family, which is great for us, but not so good for all of you out there who have no idea who these people are. sorry. i did get a video of scenery going by as we were driving, just so you can get a feel for how the houses/farms look. and the second video is of a fun surprise grosi und grandpa arranged for the kids- they got to go ride a minature pony on our last morning in switzerland. it was very cold but very fun.

rita's girls could be mine, and vice-versa. kayla and zunami could almost be twins, right down to the little gap between their front teeth. the cousins had so much fun playing together, and the language barrier wasn't much of a barrier at all. we had fun getting together again with the whole family at our reunion, and even built a little fire to make s'mores. good memories!

pesche and his best friend, frederic, had a great time chatting about the good old days.... they locked themselves in the office for a couple hours and came out laughing so hard they were crying. oh, to have been a fly on the wall... :)

next time i'll try to remember to take more photos and fewer videos...
